People are usually identified according to various categories, based on gender, race, ethnic affiliation etc. Depending on their necessities, people use these categories for general actions or ideas attributable to one category or another. We shall stop at two categories of people that are quite easily identifiable: the fit and the unfit.

You can determine whether a person is fit or not by how they look. Everything about them show it: their clear skin, their stature, their tan even – because of the amount of time they spent exercising or simply taking regular walks. These people have a fresh healthy diet, consisting of fresh or boiled vegetables, fruit, low-fat meals of fish, chicken etc.

They don’t smoke and may occasionally drink a glass of wine during a meal, sometimes together with a glass of water. If you should ask them how often they have their colon cleansed, they would answer once a year. The reason for doing this is that the colon needs to be cleared of the impurities it accumulates in time.

Unfit people are characterized by a bad complexion; they are usually overweight and have a lot of health problems cased by smoking, abuse of unhealthy fat food and soda or even alcohol. They don’t exercise, spend most of their time watching TV or drinking beer in the local pub and probably don’t even remember what a park looks like. Their colon is clogged with all sort of impurities that their body cannot digest and that probably has a major influence on their health and is very risky for their lives.

If you ask yourselves how often these people should clean their colon, the answer could be surprising: it is the same as for fit people, one year. This is because first of all colon cleanse should not be performed over intervals shorter that 3 months, as it might also affect your health.

Second, it must be accompanied by a balanced diet and a healthy life style, as it really doesn’t help to clean your body if you immediately go back to your unhealthy routine. In fact, everything you do affects your body in one way or another: what you eat or drink, but also your actions or thoughts. Psychological health is as important as physical health, and one always influences the other.

That is why a healthy body also helps you maintain a clear mind, it helps you preserve your optimism and helps you live a longer, more energetic, better life

Although it is not an action to be performed too often, colon cleanse should still be performed at regular intervals; you’ll be surprised what is hidden down there and how it could affect your health.
